Regular Season Round 6: Ryukyu GK - KCC Egis 91-82

East Asia Super League top team - JapaneseGolden Kings (3-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat fifth ranked South Korean Egis (0-3) in Okinawa 91-82 . Ryukyu dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Egis ' 38 and made 18-of-22 charity shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Ryukyu outrebounded KCC Egis 49-18 including a 21-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. American players dominated the game. Power forward Jack Cooley (206-1991, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) had a double-double by scoring 29 points and 18 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Keve Aluma (206-1998, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Pensack Sports) chipped in 26 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Four Golden Kings players scored in double figures. Golden Kings' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was swingman Deonte Burton (193-1994, college: Iowa St.) with 38 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds and power forward Leon Williams (203-1986, college: Ohio) scored 16 points. Golden Kings have a solid three-game winning streak. Ryukyu maintains first position with 3-0 record. KCC Egis at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost.
